Graag nodigen we je uit voor de BKL Ontbijtbijeenkomst met als thema ‘Onderwijs & Arbeidsmarkt’ op donderdag 16 februari a.s. bij Bloemendal Bouw BV, Bedrijfsweg 11 te Leusden. Het doel van deze bijeenkomst is om als bedrijfsleven samen met docenten en medewerkers van het ROC Midden-Nederland en MBO Amersfoort over dit thema in gesprek te gaan. Wat kan het beroepsonderwijs betekenen voor de werkgevers (en andersom)? Hoe werk je samen aan onderwijs dat opleidt voor de banen van de toekomst? Allemaal vragen die aan bod zullen komen onder het genot van een lekker ontbijt. Het thema ‘Onderwijs & Arbeidsmarkt’ is een van de speerpunten van de BKL en actueler dan ooit.
De personeelstekorten beheersen het nieuws, in welke branche wordt niet geklaagd over personeelstekorten en dat er nauwelijks meer aan (goede) mensen te komen is. Maar is hier werkelijk sprake van een gebrek aan talent of ligt er misschien een dieperliggend probleem aan ten grondslag? Mogelijk een gebrek aan een goede aansluiting tussen onderwijs en arbeidsmarkt? Het onderwijs onderzoekt welke vaardigheden straks van belang zijn voor studenten om na hun opleiding goed te kunnen functioneren op de arbeidsmarkt en in de samenleving. Een goede interactie tussen onderwijs en arbeidsmarkt is van cruciaal belang.
Tijdens de Ontbijtbijeenkomst wordt o.a. verteld wat het Netwerk Onderwijs & Arbeidsmarkt inhoudt en wat dit netwerk voor ondernemers kan betekenen. De BKL heeft zich bij dit netwerk aangesloten, omdat bedrijven een onmisbare bijdrage kunnen leveren via het aanbieden van stages. Stageplaatsen zijn leuk en leerzaam voor bedrijven. Tijdens de bijeenkomst zullen een aantal succesvolle praktijkvoorbeelden worden uitgelicht, door zowel stagiaires als ondernemers.
